I had an issue getting my logo into my branding and saw the chat bubble appear and I typed in my issue and it connected me with a Ben, who guided me to the area I needed to find it and Voila! I am back up and running with little to no down time. Thank you Judge.me

Great customer service! Quick and easy help. I couldn’t find the last part to add and Ron saved the day for me. He even went above and beyond by customizing my customer email templates to match my store colors. Literally took less than 5 minutes. So far so good, thank you!

App is easy to set up and customise. Very responsive customer service. Have helped me on numerous occasions and any issues I've had have been resolved quickly.
