Judge.me Product Reviews App

I’ve been using Judge.me to collect reviews for my products, and it’s been fantastic. The app has great features, but what truly stands out is the exceptional customer support. I had an issue with the review carousel, and when I reached out to support, they responded quickly and resolved the issue right away. They even went the extra mile by making adjustments that improved the overall look. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking to enhance their store’s reviews and presentation!

First tried Yotpo, the app did not work in my theme, after a week still no solution for support.

No problem, changed to Judge.me and right out the box this works perfect, will upgrade to the paid plan.

Mohamed was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to help me fully set up the app that was left unfinished. I am in love with this app! I am not tech savvy at all so doing anything online is an instant nightmare as it doesn’t take me a lot to feel overwhelmed. Sitting here hopelessly trying to work things out I opened Judge me chat box and within seconds my worries were gone. Han from judge me helped me with all my questions, sorted things out that I couldn’t figure out iin seconds. Her responses were quick and precise and she was very helpful sending me a lot of easy to follow guides and previews to requested changes and outcomes. 15 USD a month (at the time of this review), packed with features to the brim and has never failed us once.
The cost hasn't changed either since we got it, and they keep adding new features.

My experience with Judge.me is great. The setup process was straightforward, and customer service responded promptly. They helped me resolve my problem. The team member who helped resolve my problem with the last customer review app was Victor. He was very nice, kept me updated, and it took him between 5-7 minutes to solve my problem. I highly recommend Judge.me product reviews for customer reviews and for those who truly value customer service.
