Judge.me Product Reviews App

I received a notification from Google about issues with my reviews and snippets. I'm so not technical so I reached out to ask if it was something they could help me with. After a short 5-minute wait, Gabriela was online looking into the issue and testing for issues. Everyone I've interacted with has been amazing and extremely helpful. Great app and a superb customer service and support team! The team rocks!

Honestly the customer service was spot on and answered everything I asked. They helped me export my previous reviews into the new app which made the transition easier.

Absolutely MEGA! Look no further than this app. Honestly, I thought the app was too cheap to be as good as everyone says it is, but wow, I love it.

It is basic, which is great because your reviews need to be clean and easy. Honestly, I love this app and it is 100% great value for money.

The single improvement opportunity I would say is to have a live chat option. HOWEVER, the email support is AMAZING and fast. So no biggie, but single thing which I would say.

Great App! I had some issues and the staff was awesome! Gabriela and Felix were incredibly helpful. They helped me right away! I love that I can customize the app to match my site! Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Updates are numerous and regular. Integrates with all of the leading marketing, etc. apps. A good value.
