New user. Ron provided stellar onboarding service. Still getting acquainted with the app, but I'm now miles ahead in understanding it, due to Ron's help with set up, and answering all of my initial questions. Looking forward to familiarizing myself with Judge.me Product Reviews!

to be complety honest, i was ready to uninstall, but i thought to give an a chance to the support. i was suprised, when chating with "Ron". The guy helped me with everything. first he asked me to accept the invite to setup the app on my store, and then everything started to work. definitely, for a free app, its amazing, not to mention the GOAT support from Ron.

For now I like the App. The guy Ron from the support team was super polite and what is the most important — effective, he did everything I asked and help me with the installation and colours.

This is the best app I've used for product reviews! The amount of features it has in the Free Version is just insane. Also the custom support is incredible. They are replying very quickly. I am impressed by the support I have received from Fatima! Fatima has resolved every technical issue I had by providing custom codes with speed! I highly recommend this app for someone on a budget!

i have just changed over to Judge.me and to complete the transformation i used there help desk and can not appraise the speed and efficiency enough. thankyou for sorting this problem out

I'd recommend the app because Shopify built it and customer reviews are a crucial aspect for businesses like mine. So far, I've had an enjoyable and seamless experience (with the assistance of a Judge.me agent) for onboarding and I look forward to utilizing the app.

Great app and great customer support

I like the way this app looks and the trust it builds with customers; the help desk has made using and integrating this feature simple

I was able to get my answers on how to modify the questionnaire right away. The interface is very easy to use and very helpful to build customer trust. The ability to mark ratings as verified buyers builds great transparency and trust. setup is seamless with Shopify so I do not have to spend much time configuring and setting up the system.
