The customer service responded very quickly and was very helpful!

App is best for the name it suggests. I once had a issue with importing, I accidentally imported 41000 reviews. There support responded under 24 hours and help me delete all the imported reviews.

Easy to use and integrate, even for absolute beginners

Cassiano from Customer Support was responsive and helpful in resolving my issue with manually sending review requests for orders before I installed Judge.me. I'd like more customization options in the review request email, and the font used in my store, but overall this is a good app and fairly intuitive.
