Customer service was AMAZING! Not only did they answer my questions immediately, but they went above and beyond by doing EXTRA things FOR me right away, saving me time and frustration.

I was unable to get the application right, as I had installed and reinstalled it and this caused me problems, so I asked for help and Leandro immediately responded to me and resolved in minutes what I spent the whole afternoon trying to resolve, he installed it himself, did it all. I started using this application 4 hours ago, after having tried other options for our store. In 3.5 hours, I modified 3 different widgets for 3 different pages, I personized the mail to request the reviews and configured the times in which emails request should be sent to the customer. I am a rookie on this topic of online stores and with other applications I got to take a day and a half to prepare the reviews and with Judge.me, I'm ready in a morning. Another thing, in other applications they charge a lot of money monthly and limit essential functions unless you pay more. Here you have everything under the same cost. Very grateful to the support team for the help and speed clarifying my doubts.
