I just downloaded the app and then a minute later Andrew popped up on a chat (reassuring me he is not a robot!). He helped me install the star rating to my product page. His help was very much appreciated as I am new to Shopify and things are taking me extra long.

Christian helped me resolve my question and showed me how a customer can still leave a review even if they do not want to receive emails from judge.me.

I've tried many other review plugins and they do not compare! For the price this app is incredibly versatile and their customer support agents are some of the best.

It was a seamless process and almost instantly got us 20+ reviews and a 5-star rating on our site. When we had a small issue with reviews loading properly, customer service immediately got back to us, identified the problem, and went into our theme to fix it within 24 hours.
