Excellent customer service and very easy to use with Shopify!

Exceptional Support and Amazing Experience

I recently started using the review app on my Smiley Attire store, and I have to say, it’s been an absolute game-changer for my business. The app itself is intuitive and easy to set up, but what really stood out was the customer service. Jess, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything was running smoothly.

Great product, excellent support personnel, on top of things, easy to work with. Signed up for the monthly payment plan after a quick support chat, and yes, it is that good.

Super review app, and more affordable than others

Amazing fast responsive support from the staff. Andrew and Hoang solved my issue within a day. Excellent service. Highly recommend this app

The only thing I don't like so far, is that people who vote whether a review is helpful or not can't change their selection one chosen. So if you accidently down vote a review (saying it's unhelpful), it can't be undone. Or if you change your mind, it can't be undone.

love it !! took a few to get the hang of it but now its easy, there chat bubble help service is very useful for any questions
