Added this app because of another retailer's great experience! Adding the widget is simple and looks clean. My product template required support's help to assist with the template. Leandro was quickly available and had this placed in just a matter of time. He was also able to direct other questions I had about Judge.me

App works as intended plus fast and helpful support if needed.

The support was amazing ... my issue was not a problem with the software, just customers posting reviews against the wrong product codes. Qualid handled this for me over the online chat in minutes. Highly recommend for simplicity of this tool and the great customer service.

So far extremely helpful with any and all issues. Its not a perfect app but they're very aware of any issues and working to make it the best possible. Customer service has been very fast each time!

The team is always here and ready to help. I had a problem that was quite complicated. After a few trials, they transferred it to the back office team, and it was solved in a day following some emails. I am glad they finally solved it perfectly. It was out of my expectations, so 5 stars.
