UPDATE Well here we are again, and at the risk of sounding gushing, I recently had cause to consult with support over a minor issue. On this occasion it was Abdessadek and Gabriel who rushed to my assistance, and as always the service was exemplary. For anyone who is used to dealing with contemporary support services I can assure you the Judge.me support experience is without compare. It is literally akin to heaven by comparison. The team will always work with you to achieve a satisfactory result. Their support is unwaveringly consistent. More broadly, the app continues to develop in ways that will benefit your business, and as ever, the UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. Judge.me is ridiculously good value and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend!

UPDATE October 2020. We have Judge.me installed on three websites now. It just gets better! We anticipate upgrading soon to take advantage of the Cross-Shop Syndication Feature. December 2018. This is a really great app! Does all you could wish for and more. Easy to install and set-up. And works perfectly! There is a helpful 'chat' feature. Let the team know there appeared to be some very minor rendering issues with Safari 12.0.1 (only when curating reviews in the backend) not evident in Firefox 63.0.3. It was fixed very quickly! Now runs perfectly in both Safari 12.0.2 and Firefox 64. Thanks Tony! Highly recommend both the app and the friendly support team. There's nothing not to like!

Very easy to use app with multiple tools that help me manage my products reviews fast. I had a question and when contacting the support, they responded extremely fast in less than 20 seconds! They helped me with my issue and explained all I could not understand very clear and professional. I will keep using this app for all my shops, thank you :)
