Very fast support to my CUSTOMISING question from Thanh and RODRIGO

Perfect for Daily Commute My e-bike has made my daily commute so much easier. No more sweating or getting stuck in traffic, and I still get a bit of exercise!

Find this app quite easy to use for our customer to give us their feedback.

The only thing I don't like so far, is that people who vote whether a review is helpful or not can't change their selection one chosen. So if you accidently down vote a review (saying it's unhelpful), it can't be undone. Or if you change your mind, it can't be undone.

A simple and innovative way to implement a review section on all pages. It is easy to adjust and the service team of Judge.me is very fast and helpful. So far so good!

This app is build so well and easy that integrates with your store the moment you download. Tons of ways to customize the layouts to match with your branding guidelines and requirements. Support team is always there to resolve your issues anytime. I have had great experience with it.

I was helped by a guy named Ron who was incredible- really used his initiative to not only help me with my issue, but to add my logo, adjust the star colour to keep it looking visually consistent with my website, and just could not have been more helpful. The app seems solid, but Ron is the factor that's making a significant difference for me!
