Great app -very intuitive to use and the customer service is awesome. You can literally chat with an agent live within minutes for support!

Great technical support. I had an issue uploading store branding Logo and Header and with the chat feature, they were able to take my files and upload them for me to the store.

Works well. Happily I haven't needed much support, but when I have they have been super fast to respond.

Wow, great product and support at the free plan level. Looking forward to being able to upgrade!

We initially used the free subscription which suited our needs as first; the paid option provided more advanced features like sharing reviews to social media sites and allowing us to provide a referral reward to customers.
We are currently reviewing the 16 day free trial of the "Awesome" plan, and so far it seems great.
