Judge.me Product Reviews App

It is helping me build credibility on my website. It gives my customers a place to put their feedback on thier purchases and it has made a big difference.

I have been happy with my experience using the Judge.Me app on my shopify site. Been using it for over a year now. It does what I need it to do and is fairly straight forward to use. The customer service has also been very helpful and prompt when I do have questions. Been considering upgrading to the paid version for some upgraded features, mainly to have my reviews transferred over to Google shopping but currently just have been using the free version. I had some challenges getting started and all members of support team were very helpful and I think have me on the right track. It took me several interactions to get things the way I wanted them. The number of interactions were the result of my evolving understanding of the app and how to use it effectively for my Shopify store. They were very patient and guided me step by step until I was satisfied. They actually performed the task for me once we reached an understanding of what I was trying to achieve. Thank you support team. I am up and running.

Judge.me seems to have all the core features you could imagine for a review collection app. Their interface is great and they are well integrated with Shopify. I was especially happy to see a very responsive support team. They responded instantly whenever I needed any help, from setting up the review widgets to the review emails. I also had one support staffer jump into my Gempages landing page to add some custom code because the Judge.me widget wasn't available for that type of page. She also took all of my requests to tune the look and functionality of the block in Gempages to exactly my liking. Overall, great app, even better support!
