This review app is quite easy to use. And the support team is really helpful. I would highly recommend.

The customer service for this app is like nothing I have ever experienced before. After downloading, a chat popped up from Gena and she was so helpful! I had a few questions about importing Etsy reviews and she guided me how to do that. I was then having issues getting rid of my old review app so I gave her access and she took care of everything! She even updated the emails that are sent out to match my color scheme.

She went above and beyond to help me with the Judge app and also other stuff with my shopify store. Absolutely amazing!

Customer service 10/10

This is a great app! The customer service alone makes it well worth it. My customer service rep (Dang) was soooo helpful. I needed to import a review and I also had issues getting the color correct on my website. He not only fixed those issues he also suggested other things such an customizing my email template to maximize the reviews I was getting for multiple products. If you are thinking about getting this app go ahead and get it.

Ben is always great, fast and always deals with my problems. I always use this app wherever I establish a website.

Nice app

So far the app has been a beautiful addition to our website. Although a little confusing on first sight, the settings are varied and in depth, and the customer support is absolutely wonderful. Ron went in and created custom code for us to have our reviews looking just perfect, and went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our settings were exactly how we wanted them. Thank you for your help!
