Ho installato da due mesi Judge.me sul mio store ed è tuttoo veramente facile da installare e molto intuitivo. Ogni settaggio è scritto in modo chiaro, widget chiarissimi, costi molto competitivi rispetto ad altri competitor inutilmente cari! Ho chiesto ance supporto al bot che ha passato ticket in live a un team expert per fixare il problema relativo ad un widget

Sehr schneller und kompetenter Support im Live-Chat – auch bei einem speziellen Fall: Unser Konfigurator legt pro Bestellung eine eigene Produktkopie an. Mit den dynamischen Produktgruppen (per Kollektion) erscheinen die Bewertungen trotzdem gesammelt auf der Standard-Produktseite. コンサルタントから聞いた話ですが、他のアプリに比べレビューの返信率が高いようなので、最初に試してみる価値のあるアプリだと思います。

Van in support is great, but the app is very complex and labor-intensive. As a small business, that's exactly the kind of thing to hand off to AI (though we would never use AI for creative tasks), but Judge.me doesn't work with Claude Chrome browser control and the API is read only, so we end up using only about half the functionality we'd like. Not sure how long we can stay with it if they don't update soon.

AI assistant was okay but not great. Thankfully, a real human came in, saw that I was having trouble, and walked me through. I think this is going to be a good thing for my business. I'm excited about getting started. I do wish there were more tutorials and there was better training for newbies.
