Very fast support and you can ask them anything and they will do it. I tried this app about a week ago and didn't like it but I know I needed to add a reviews page onto my website. I was watching a bunch of videos on Youtube and everyone was recommending Judge.me so I tried it again and I sent them an email with a couple questions and they helped me so much more then I would have thought. Amazing product

So far so good, just set it up for my store and the customer service person was super helpful with the setup questions i had, even suggesting features to use that we had not yet explored!
