Judge.me Product Reviews App

Had a problem and Igor resolved it quickly and easily.

It's helpful, a little complicated to use if you want to go deeper.

Not the easiest review forms for customers to fill out! 3 Stars.

You do have to add TXT and CNAME files to your hosting otherwise the review emails will go to SPAM folders! Do this right after you install the app!!

I was getting frustrated with this app initially, then I discovered the live chat icon which seemed hidden away on the page. Initially it said "bot" then I typed in-human support & Cassiano answered.

He was an amazing help and extremely patient. I have a full copy of the transcript addressing all the issues I have been having for the last week.

I went from being minutes away from deleting the app ...

The support by Rodrigo was beyond awesome. He was very patienced and managed to implement my reuqests and features. Can only recommend the support by Judge.me.

What I think is not so nice compared to other review apps is that to be able to adapt the review E-Mail sent out to customers who uses Outlook, you have to buy the paid version to change the size of the product images otherwise the E-Mail ...

Very limited with the free version of this app, but had great help from Nouhaila via chat - thank you!

I would say its a little bit unclear how to use it as first and could be more user friendly, however besides that I received amazing customer servixce and it was very helpful

Good customer service, I have the free plan, then added awesome plan, I got less reviews after 6 months, so went back to the free option. Prompt customer service for sure!
