Wish we could control how our reviews are exported.
Oualid has been very helpful understanding why I wasn't able to see the reviews on top of the dashboard.

I am reaching out to express my concern regarding the review request emails sent to my customers. It is imperative that no emails related to customer reviews or ratings be sent to my clients.
If this issue continues and emails are sent again, I will have no choice but to uninstall your app and discontinue its use. This situation is causing significant problems for my business, and I kindly request that you ensure no emails are sent to any of my customers regarding reviews or ratings.

I had a problem with the code in judge.me. I asked customer service and Hoang resolved my problem swiftly and efficiently. I was stressing about it for 1 day and he fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes. Thank Hoang
support team is great, hope you can add CSS to your blocks or html, so they can be customized in experience.
Seems to be very well featured, almost confusingly so.
A lot of features (like even just a list of your reviews on a reviews page) that would be useful are behind their paywall.
The app is good but some things are a bit difficult to navigate, however the help chat is SO HELPFUL. I was speaking with Soufiane and he was helping me to import reviews from a previous third part app and I was having difficulty. He told me to do one thing and he did the rest. My day was made. Thank you so much!

the app was having loading issue ,the issue was escalated with the support team and the issue was resolved on time .We would recomend this app to every one who is looking for an review for their stores the app is very usfull and helpfull in gaining customer trust for you brand.
