I downloaded the Judeg.me app based on the positive reviews. I recently opened my Shopify store and had a lot of work to do with setting up various apps. Ron, the chat representative kindly offered to help me set up and even went above and beyond to help me customize my color theme. He provided suggestions and offered solutions. Easy to navigate and setup.

I have been using Judge.me for a while now and I am very satisfied. It is a very easy app to use and the support team is extremely helpful and replies fast. It is also a very intuitive app for my customers to fill out when leaving a review. Would recommend the app to anyone.

Fantastic experience with Judge.me. We transitioned over from Shopify Reviews (which is being deprecated). We were having some trouble installing the app into our theme as we are using a bit of an older theme. However, Abraão with judge.me was able to help put the code right into our theme for us! Fantastic experience.
