I had an issue with getting my customer reviews to display properly on a custom product page layout, and Agent Ron from Judge.me provided excellent support. It didn’t take him long at all to identify the problem and fix it by seamlessly integrating the review widget into my custom “Customer Reviews” tab. The work was clean, efficient, and done with great professionalism. I'm very satisfied with the result — everything looks perfect now and works just the way I wanted. Straight forward to connect and use, had a slight issue with the orginal trigger/api connection but that was quickly sorted, was able to access help chat with someone quickly and they were extremely helpful

The free option has everything I need as a small startup business. It's generally simple to use, however there was a minor discrepancy with the instructions with respect to my sites file name. I wasn't quite certain where to place it so I started a customer support ticket thinking they would get back to me sometime the next day. Though, I was happy to see Hoang joined the chat right away, applied the code and set it up perfectly for me right away. I was saved a lot of time.
