Judge.me Product Reviews App

I think its the best free app for reviews on Shopify. Simple and clear to use, easy import of reviews also. Maybe a bit limited free plan ( reason of 4 stars rating) but far enough to test product. The big plus is the support, even with the free plan ! I had an issu with a clickable word not matching my main shop color. I asked some help and a super friendly guy call Joseph from the Peru team ...

I'm still in the process of configuring Judge.me. It hasn't been as easy as I hoped based on other reviews. Once I found the Chat resource things seem to be moving in the right direction. Carlos recently helped me and he was considerably more responsive and helpful than the other reps I have dealt with. I'm not sold on the app yet, but for now I'll keep plugging away.

A pretty good app, although with some imperfections in terms of user experience. However, I've shared my issues with Soufiane, and he resolved them in less than 10 minutes, very kindly, providing excellent customer service.
