Judge.me Product Reviews App

Thanks so much to Ben for all his help with setting up my Judge.me reviews. I was having some trouble importing reviews from Etsy and he helped me through the process very patiently.

Soufiane was most helpful. My only, and rather big, issue with the app is that syndicated reviews cannot be removed if they represent a customer service issue rather than a product issue. This won't work for us.

Seamless integration with my Shopify website, and when I couldn't get it to work I was able to connect with someone live to get everything running. They worked on everything from their end and everything worked almost instantly! The review widget looks excellent on each listing page too and gives the whole website a more professional (and accountable) look.

I downloaded this app and I am on the starter plan ($5 per month). At first I didn't know how to follow the settings that this app was asking me to do as the Starter Plan is very basic and you can't code the website. I contacted their chat service, gave them access to my store and within a few minutes, the reviews section was showing on my website. I was able to change the color and set up email templates so the system sends an email to a customer after their purchase, asking for them to write a review. Their customer service is great!!! If you need any help, reach out to them and they will guide you through it. I really like this app. The only free review app for a starter plan.
