Great customer service, Even though I did not have all the future I was looking for in the app, they were able to get me a refund.

The customer service is great! CSAs were very helpful in getting me started. The scrolling carousel is just what I was looking for! They even offered me a free 15-day trial so I can check out the features in the paid plan!!

Initial impression is good. Very helpful support for import set-up, but needed intervention to remove duplicate reviews that were imported. Import function shouldn't allow duplicates without a warning. Waiting for reply about displaying rating on collections. On product pages, its fine, but not showing on collections yet. I just use this APP this week, and one of my friends said it is good.I will try and see how it works.And I will recommend to others after I checked it!

So far so good.
Was looking fro a replacement fro Shopify Reviews and is working fine.
Contact support for a little hiccup we had, still waiting to see if the fix they did works.

Still a bit early for me to give a higher rating.

New to Judge.me but so far experiencing the functionality on the website GREAT. Mohammed assisted greatly and his service is fast and on point. The only downside is the Review Request Email format for Outlook emails is scrambled and not working, even though template setup and editing is great, the actual email delivered is far from it (work on other platforms) - Hope they can sort that one out ...

im giving it a 4 because it seems difficult at first sight but people like Andrew help out with any issues!

Just uploading via CSV now. Needed assistance on acceptable formats for date but otherwise working ok.
