First this app has very interactive features. The widget to show stars etc. great! Then I was facing issue on google search console and Hakima from their team resolved it the with the same hour of raising the concern. So great!
Great app, easy set up and the support staff is very prompt with fixing any issues you may encounter!
Great app, works well with shopify and has super features. Also their support and service is extremely prompt and efficient.
Since we installed the app, we got more reviews. Their customer support is also great. They helped me several times on clear chat sessions.

I have had a bit of trouble importing reviews from Etsy but have gotten wonderful assistance from support so I am very happy with the app!
I am having a hard time personalizing the reviews, and getting a direct link to share with customers for reviews. I don't this app is user friendly and it lacks a lot of basic functionalities I would expect to have a better experience collecting reviews from customers.
