After Shopify Reviews canceled its service, I needed to find another product review app quickly -- Judge.me was the perfect solution! It has great customization options, and even the free plan is incredibly robust. But even better than the app itself is the support team -- Abraão not only installed the app for me when I ran into an onboarding snag, but helped me customize the look of the review widget to match the branding of the rest of my site. Great app. I have just starting using it and had some setup issues.
Their customer service rep, Soufiane, helped me right away. He's a top notch guy!

The app is excellent and perfectly fulfills my requirements. The customer service is exceptional, providing a pleasant experience. However, the dashboard could be more user-friendly.
