Very good. Easy to customize the emails, easy to pay for as it is only $15 / month, and we have definitely seen a small increase in sales and customer trustworthiness since installing this application. The app did not slow my store.

Almost 1,000 reviews later, the app has been very functional with minimal bugs. When we did encounter a bug, it was resolved within 3 hours! Love this team and love this app, wouldn't use any other review app!
