When I contacted them a month ago with some pre-install questions, they also responded with "if you need help installing our widgets, we can help you with it." And they meant every word of that.

Started the process of removing Shopify Product Reviews and replacing with Judge.me a little over an hour ago. Install was quick and easy. After I uninstalled Product Reviews there was some rogue code left over and the review stars weren't where I preferred them to be. Contacted support and everything already done and good to go.
