Of course the functions of the app. This is an app that allows customers to respond quickly, competently, and with peace of mind.

I am not a savvy tech person when it comes to making websites and getting the things I need. I was having serious trouble importing reviews to my website and after a day and a half, I gave in and asked for help. The people who helped me was there every step of the way and I never had to repeat myself if I was chatting with a different person. Because of this you get 5 stars for the best costumer service I've had in a long time!

Only just starting, so this isn't a deep product review. I had issues with the installation and set up due to our shop theme being customised. Soufiane helped me through all aspects of set up and import of old reviews. Saved me hours of pain and anguish. Can't fault the support so far.

I'd like more customization options in the review request email, and the font used in my store, but overall this is a good app and fairly intuitive.
