The best and most smooth tool for importing reviews

I'm brand new to JudgeMe, so still getting used to the platform, but what I can say is that I'm blown away by the customer service so far. It's so refreshing to have help in real time.

There has ALWAYS been someone who answers my questions right away.

No crazy AI bots trying to act human or an autoresponder reply saying how important my questions and business are and they'll get back to me in 3 business days.

So grateful for an app that actually has old-school customer support.

I contacted Judge .me for support when I couldn't see any of the reviews on my website after exporting them from another Shopify App that was no longer supported. Andrew sent me a reply pretty much immediately and even offered to do the necessary steps (installing the widgets) to make it work on my website. I have given him access and it was done on the same day. Wow... I'm really amazed at the service and super fast response from that company. Indeed outstanding! Thank you so much and I will highly recommend you :)

Fast service & helps you understand

Currently I've just installed the app to test it in a store that has yet to be published, but so far the app looks good. I found a small translation error, which Soufiane helped solve in a very quick and skilled manner with complete transparency of what they did in order to solve it.
Also, for everyone that has a store in a language that is not in one of the languages mentioned in the "About this app" section, don't worry; these languages only refer to the admin languages. There are many more to choose from when selecting the language for the Widget and notification emails.

Update 15.11.2024:
I am again pleasantly surprised with the customer service. I had some translation errors in the review widget, and Abderrahman helped resolve them perfectly - he is very skilled and also such a nice person to chat with!

Terrible application, followed their guide of how to upload review by CSV file and spent over 7 hours totals because their support assistance told to do it different and no matter what I did the system didn't managed to upload it.

my biggest saver time tip for you - don't use this app!!

very good service. I have questions regarding import reviews by myself and the problem is how to upload images. now I know how to do it. very appreciated!
