The CUSTOMER SERVICE for this app is UNMATCHED. Cassiano communicated with me via a chat bubble when I downloaded the app. He immediately asked if I needed any help. I didn't have a store password, but he was resourceful and found a different way to access my store. Cassiano gave me recommendations and set up my default widgets so ratings could appear on my home and collection pages. He was quick and efficient and offered me multiple channels to contact customer support reps in the future. I also communicated with Hoang who helped me with an issue I was encountering. He discovered that the issue was because I was simulating a checkout via my theme editor rather than the live store. He guided me step-by-step and also checked my settings to ensure everything was in order. Hoang was quick to respond to all my inquiries and didn't stop working with me until I was satisfied. I am SO IMPRESSED with the EXCELLENT customer service here and will consider upgrading my package in the future!
