When Shopify decided to discontinue their App for Client Reviews I thought all the reviews in my store will be lost. Then I discovered Judge.me
I went through the installation process and because I messed up the steps I run into some issues. After uninstalling the app I was contacted by email for feedback. Then they provided guidance and I reinstalled Judge.me properly paying more attention to the steps. I imported the reviews and got them displayed correctly now. The quality and promptness of the support emails during the day, late evening and weekend is impressive. A great app with an amazing support team! Very impressed with the customer support I received from Igor when installing this app and from Victor and Hamza in response to a query regarding how Judge.me interacts with another app that we're using. The widgets and review request emails are simple to customise and support is readily available if you need it.
