The automations are very helpful and the assistance rendered (in my case, by Felix) was patient and thorough. Had a slight issue with a really old review (more than 3 years) popping up and affecting my ratings for a wrong set of products. Thankful that Felix helped me to fix it quickly.

I've tried other apps, and i never had better customer service experience, as soon as i downloaded the app, an agent was reaching out to help with adding the widget to my store, to save me time, definitely worth adding to your store.
