Trialled 2 other review apps before Judge.me and I am so glad I found this as the others were more expensive and less user-friendly. Does everything it says, is easy to use and provides the social proof we need seamlessly. Recently updated my theme and there were tech issues with the migration of the app. PJ was on it immediately and had it fixed it eventhough it was the weekend. Amazing customer support, highly recommend!!

You only have to scroll through some of the reviews for this app to see just how highly users rate it; and for good reason. Everything said about PJ and his amazing dedication and customer service is true. The app also works superbly and is very competitively priced. That alone should be reason for anyone to consider installing it. I had another reason. I had collected nearly 300 five-star reviews using a competing review platform and it is true to say that the star ratings appeared alongside the products in Google search results. However, that was where it ended. Despite the fact that many of those reviews were quite extensive containing longtail keywords very useful for SEO, the reviews, or key phrases in them , never appeared in Google search results. The reason for that is that the reviews were rendered in JavaScript, in order to get them into HTML and therefore searchable by Google I would have had to move on to another plan starting at $500 a month! So now, I’m with Judge. me, my reviews now are in HTML and I’m a very happy bunny:-). There are lots of other reasons to get this app, that was my reason.
Edit. 1 year on. Still a very happy bunny. I'm editing this, however, to deal with the comment by Breadvillage below, "It only allows one review per email solicitation. Hence, a customer who buys more than one product gets pestered with as many emails." Firstly all review apps that I'm aware of only allow one product review per email. As for customers getting pestered with emails, it's not the case. In settings you have the option to select how many emails get sent per order regardless of how many line items were in the order. It's not as though this option is hidden, it's the first thing you see in the settings panel.
Update. March 2021. I'm always amazed by how helpful support is here. In this instance fixing errors flagged up by Google that had nothing to with the app. In addition, they are always ahead of the curve actively looking how they can improve the app. Remarkable.
Update. Still my favourite app for great service and support. Juan was online in 30 seconds and had sorted my issue in 2 minutes. Can't beat that!
