Excellent. If you have any question, they are there to answer you. The app is really good. The reviews can contain images in the free plan, it's awesome.

I have tried multiple review apps and uninstalled this one before, but when you factor in cost, functionality, and integrations for $15/month, you can't beat it. Their chat service (Gena) fixed my font color issues in less than 2 minutes. There are other integrations they could add, and the interface could be cleaner but I look forward to the updates!

I used yotpo for many many years and felt the price was not matching what I got from them and tried judgeme. I've now installed it on 3 of my sites and will over time move all sites over to it. Its far better and much better support!
