Judge.me Product Reviews App

Ann was super helpful and quickly provided custom CSS updates for many random requests I had to make the review widget exactly as I'd like it. She was so quick and patient. Highly recommend the app and upgrading to the Awesome plan for custom CSS support from Ann!

The app is great, but the support is even better. I was having two issues. One was my fault due to accidentally importing duplicate reviews (without realizing it), so they were showing up twice in the reviews widget. The other was that the images in the reviews weren't showing on the reviews widget.

I contacted support and they quickly figured out the duplication issue and resolved it for me. While they were at it they noticed the images issue without me having told them about it yet, and they fixed that, too.

Excellent support and great app. Highly recommended.

We're using the basic plan for judge.me and it's very straightforward and easy to use. When we had a minor issue with importing, customer support replied to me within minutes and solved my problem. I'm very satisfied so far - so much so, we'll be considering upgrading to the higher plan. Thumbs up.

Carlos was exceptional! I was stuck against time and he fixed it for me instantly with an issue in the code. Went above and beyond. Great assets to the team.
