I recently started using the review app on my Smiley Attire store, and I have to say, it’s been an absolute game-changer for my business. I needed something to bring the reviews from our thriving Etsy store to Shopify. Our previous solution of linking to our Etsy store from Shopify was unhelpful as customers would exit the website to read reviews on Etsy, then simply purchase there.
This solution appears to have transferred our Etsy reviews to Shopify, tagged to the correct product. When I couldn't figure out how to have the reviews populate, Abraão was helpful in transferring them!
I'm very happy with it so far! We went from no solution to a fully functional one in less than 48h, which is a huge win for us!
