Ann helped me out greatly with the Judge.me app. She cleared up all confusion & was extremely helpful & informative. The app overall is such a must for your online store, I couldn't recommend it enough!

Judge.me is amazing and has the best support. I am not good with technology and they are right there 24/7 to help me with problems. They are always super patient and helpful. I highly recommend Judge.me. Plus the app is fantastic and user friendly.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Judge.me Product Reviews App, especially after my recent experience with their support team. After Abraão ran some code on my Shopify store, a significant portion of my product images were removed, leaving my store in a complete mess. To make matters worse, he acted like nothing had happened and offered no solution to fix the problem.

To add insult to injury, his manager Carlos was even worse. I showed him video proof of how my store looked before his staff messed it up, and he kept playing it off like nothing happened. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused serious disruption to my business. I would not recommend this app to anyone, and I certainly won't be using it again. Proceed with caution if you value your store's integrity."
