Still in trial mode but so far A+ on customer service! Previously I was on another platform which was far more expensive with little to no results. So far I am very pleased with how Judge.me is working for our company.

I had an issue displaying star rating on collection page. Don from Judge me Team came for my rescue and brilliantly he restored the setting to achieve what I was looking for. Very happy with prompt response and efficient handling of issue by Don. Thank you so much.

I just installed this app (and imported all reviews from another app) and received the most amazing support from Abraão. He magically appeared via Chat as I was trying to do the install and did it all for me, explaining everything he was doing at each step. I wish every service had this kind of customer support!
