so far so good. downloaded this recently and had some difficulty downloading some of the widgets but customer service was quick to solve them all.

Very easy installation process! I got stuck when it came to installing the review widgets because I slightly misunderstood the instructions. But there was someone immediately available on live chat who just did it for me. Only took a few minutes to resolve. Best customer service I've had!

The app has been easy to work with so far! It has only been a few hours, but I had questions with setup and Han answered so quickly! I greatly appreciate how fast and easy the process was and how helpful Han has been!

After I install the judge.me plugin to my store, Im still confuse how to do the configurtaion, then Judge.me support named Ron offer me the support immediately. I'm blown away by their service. I couldn't be more satisfied with the technical support I received. The representative went above and beyond to ensure that my issue was resolved promptly and effectively. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable technical support! thank you Ron!

Fantastic experience with Judge.me. We transitioned over from Shopify Reviews (which is being deprecated). We were having some trouble installing the app into our theme as we are using a bit of an older theme. However, Abraão with judge.me was able to help put the code right into our theme for us! Fantastic experience.

I just installed Judge.me and I have to say that this was the best customer service that I've ever experienced from a technology company. They really set the bar. I had a bit of trouble initially getting the app to install properly, and someone from their team resolved it in less than an hour. Very impressive. The app looks great on my Shopify website too!
