Nothing was too much of an issue or tweak. Love this app. It really showcases the reviews and feedback from customers and one we have used with multiple stores. Highly recommend.

I only started with this app today on our shopify site and it is absolutely brilliant. Quickly upgraded to the paid plan as I soon realised I wanted the All Review page on my site albeit the free version has plenty of great features. I had a slight glitch getting the all reviews page to show correctly and eventually thought I would try the chat feature in the app. 20.00 at night thought I would be lucky to get any help there.. but no, Casianno came straight back to me and within 10 minutes had sorted the problem for me. Fantastic product and amazing customer service!

It's a great app! Easy to install, especially the widgets, with clear directions. Support is always helpful and readily available as well.

I have the free version. It's still easy to use and I get tons of customer feedback!
