Judge.me Product Reviews App

So far the product does as promised. As I was setting up I was approached by one of their technical support staff, Ron. I was guided through my initial setup and suggested best placement for my reviews. I'd definitely recommend the app so far.

Worked so easily and had instant customer support which setup and customised it so it would match my website layout and colours! Really happy with the result, makes the pro plan worthwhile

Hakima from the support team helped us automate product groups for reviews based on our product tag, which was a massive help for our shop.

We'd like to also automate the discount codes sent out so they're restricted to certain product collections, like Shopify's native discount codes are, but this doesn't currently seem to be possible. This would be great to have since we'd love to reward reviewers, but some of our products are too price-sensitive to have a discount be applied to them.

I HAVE JUST INSTALLED THE APP WITH THE HELP OF ANDREW. THE INSTALL PROCESS WAS SEEMLESS. ANDREW WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME WHEN i ASKED QUESTIONS. A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE WHEN ONLY 45 MIN EARLIER I INSTALLED THE 'AIR' APP WHICH WAS HORIFFIC! I UNISTALLED IMMEDIATELY BECAUSE , I COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK. THIS WAS A MUCH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE.
