That's easy to use. Add a review and choose what to pin or hide. I'm glad they have online customer service. Mark gave me a quick response and a useful guide.

Haven't received reviews yet but the customer service was great. Let it be known that you need to have a business email (johnsmith@companydomain.com) in order to create personalized emails, gmail, outlook, etc will not work. In order to see review requests you will need to access them via the app.

Très bonne application ! Il y a tout de même pas mal d'option disponible qu'avec l'abonnement payant. Mais pour l'instant ça fait l'affaire sans abonnement.

Good app however a bit confusing to know how to move on after previewing the website. I needed to delete a few reviews as they were duplicated.

So far I am loving the app. I am having some difficulty getting the email to generate with coupon code when customer generates a review but I will continue to work on it.

So easy to install and integrate with my theme! It was really easy to upload existing reviews from a .csv file too!

Just wish there was an option to send a reminder to review email as well on the free plan!
