For now I like the App. The guy Ron from the support team was super polite and what is the most important — effective, he did everything I asked and help me with the installation and colours.

Amazing customer service! I've talked to them twice and they helped instantly. Even took the time to do some of the work for me. App works exactly how it should. Very helpful and useful.

UPDATE: Its been a few months, and I still very much give Judge.Me a 5 star review. Just had to talk with customer service again. They're great! Chatted with me for a half hour while we worked out an issue. I upgraded to the Awesome plan.

New user. Ron provided stellar onboarding service. Still getting acquainted with the app, but I'm now miles ahead in understanding it, due to Ron's help with set up, and answering all of my initial questions. Looking forward to familiarizing myself with Judge.me Product Reviews!

Great customer service! Quick and easy help. I couldn’t find the last part to add and Ron saved the day for me. He even went above and beyond by customizing my customer email templates to match my store colors. Literally took less than 5 minutes. So far so good, thank you!

Absolutely first class customer service , they pointed out a problem on my store which I didn't even know I had , they went into my store and rectified the issue within minutes . Would highly recommend

Great app and staff that works there. Soufiane was very helpful and basically set up the whole thing by himself and was patient enough to answer all of my questions - there was a lot of 'em :)

had an issue, the guy fixed my problem in less than a minute. I was blow away at the level of customer service. I rarely leave reviews but this is one that needs to be done
