Judge.me has been a great upgrade to our store. I contacted Judge.me support with a technical question and was astonished at the immediate response I received from their support person, Han. We emailed back and forth and got my issue resolved. I was really impressed with Han's prompt attention and knowledge base. The help with installation and set up is fantastic.

Still on the free version, but setup has been easy, fast and wonderful so far! I will happily upgrade in time when my store needs to access more of their features.
