Great app, the Shopify Product Review app will be discontinued so I was looking for an alternative. I saw people recommending Judge.me, and wow! combining with the amazing service, this is a no brainer!

Abraao helped me; not only did the individual take the time to walk me through the process, but they identified the issue, took photos showing me where to go and what to look for, and corrected all actions after that. If you can get this tech individual, you will be lucky to have a person who knows how to do their job and has proper people skills!! Thank you again

Fantastic experience with Judge.me. We transitioned over from Shopify Reviews (which is being deprecated). We were having some trouble installing the app into our theme as we are using a bit of an older theme. However, Abraão with judge.me was able to help put the code right into our theme for us! Fantastic experience.

I had a chat with Carlos about the color of the reviews. He made the corrections for me seamlessly.

I just signed up with the app and added it to my online store. Didn't know where to start. Igor was there to help set everything up for me which was brilliant, one less task for me to complete.
Customer service is fast and efficient.

Han did a phenomenal job helping with the installation of the app. A powerpoint with pictures and arrows were also helpful after the installation was completed.

Ann was very helpful in explaining why I was not able to see the reviews under the product name after I verified with Han that I dod see the review widget. Once again, I appreciate the excel sheet on what to do to see the widget.
