I was installing the app and hit a snag. Nouhaila helped me via chat in real-time. This onboarding process and the assistance I've received, even though I'm just trying out the Free Version for now, is hands down the most friendly, professional and efficient customer service I've ever experienced.

I started installing the app and the second step was to install code. I'm a bit dangerous with code and it was with a great deal of relief when Soufiane popped in on the chat box to inquire if I needed help. Well absolutely, he walked me through the steps, installed the code himself and imported reviews from the old app. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. My day will be very productive to put the task of installing a new review app behind me in a minimal amount of my time, effort, and aggravation. I'm excited to start using it and I know that there is an excellent customer service team if I "get stuck"!
