Judge.me Product Reviews App

I want to love it but its glitchy and a number of things don't work well. Changing settings does not seem to have an effect, I had to get tech help to change code to get things to work and I will have to do so again with a new theme update likely.

Integration to display reviews on Google doesn't work. Been going back and forth with judge.me and Google for a few months, judge.me says that everything is fine and Google says that's something is missing in the data.

This App is definitely flawed, for example I had "silver" badge, I then published 3 verified reviews and it dropped to "bronze" which makes 0 sense. Live chat fobbed me off and said "oh maybe I accidentally set some of my reviews to Hidden" I DID NOT. So now I have to hide my trust badges because it's not displaying correctly. Will be uninstalling this App when I can as $15.99 a month is not ...

The support is good, but some of the features are extremely limited.

It's not good. I had to uninstall this app, and the reason for this review is they are still charging me. So I'm not happy and I want my money back.

I can only change 30 charakters so i cant translate reviews by myself and the aliexpress translator is trash

I hoped it will make it easy to import reviews from Etsy, Trustpilot and eBay (and maybe Google Shopping and Amazon too if we needed) but all I can see is some unknown integrations (for us in the UK at least) or the possibility of doing it manually via CSV.

I suppose Judge.me is more like a Trustpilot competitor and not really focussed enough on bringing in reviews from other platforms and ...

Excellent app, poor customer service. Need to beg and argue to get a simple task completed. Frustrating experiences.

Seriously we do not prefer any communication further on this matter. Getting one single line of liquid code already need us to send a couple of e-mails, having your CS staff saying No No No No No.
