App doesn't work properly and instruction on how to remove your app is out date and support is minimal. I do not recommend this app.
I have changed my 1 star to 4 star review. Thanks to Carlos Diez call he fix the remaining issues I had after uninstalling Judge.me app.
Good customer service, I have the free plan, then added awesome plan, I got less reviews after 6 months, so went back to the free option. Prompt customer service for sure!
System not showing my response to customer review. I reached out to support, it was quickly resolved by updating the widget on their end. It would be great to have the option to update on my end.

You do have to add TXT and CNAME files to your hosting otherwise the review emails will go to SPAM folders! Do this right after you install the app!!
I got nice experience reaching out on the team while i am having trouble on my installation on external platform. They gave me other available advice that can fix my issue.

I really like this app for reviews. I wish I had a bit more flexibility with wording and colors, but it seems if I upgrade, I'd get that. Support has been great though.
I only say 4 right now because I experienced a few glitches that theyre woeking on - so it wasnt a flawless experience, but the app is great and the customer service rep was super nice and helpful. hopefully my issue is resolved successfully
Easy setup, and messages can also be conveniently localized into the required languages. In the store, reviews can be arranged in various ways on the website using widgets, and elements can be customized to match the brand. Customer service is helpful and responds quickly. The template editor could have more options to better align emails with brand guidelines.
Have had some issues which were fixed quite quickly. altogether, happy with the app and the team.
