Just got in contact with support for a silly thing I couldn't find and I was surprised by how fast and easy everything was sorted. Ron even noticed that I didn't set up the star rating widgets under my products and offered to do it for me.

Its a good app i had some problems and they contacted me by themselves i had a guy called Soufiane he is amazing he did all the job for me and i didn't do anything i just told him the problems inside the store and heh automatically solved it. Amazing help would recommend everyone to download it.

Judge Me is simply fantastic! Affordable prices paired with amazing support. Ron, in particular, is a gem to work with. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend!

My only suggestion for improvement would be streamlining the import process for reviews, especially for those with large volumes as only 1000-2000 reviews can be imported at once.

Like many others, we needed to migrate from Shopify Reviews to another platform and after hours of research decided on Judge.me. I am SO GLAD I went with this one! Don't hesitate, folks, this is the right choice!

The migration was easy, the features are easy to add and understand and the customer service is top-notch even on the free plan. (Something I wouldn't usually expect!) Also a special shout-out to Mohamed for making a few tweaks to our widgets, and doing it literally within 5 minutes of sending the email. I've never known such quick and helpful customer service! We're thrilled to bits.
