Judge.me makes it easier for my customers to review our products and their shopping experience with our store.

The support team at Judge.me is fantastic. I had a problem linking the star ratings to specific products last night. I emailed them, and they responded immediately. I thought I'd get an automated email and have to wait days for a solution, but all interactions were in person, and my problem was solved within half an hour - such a difference from most apps, which have AI bots and long wait times. Highly recommend.

I've been using the free version for about 3 years and just upgraded to the paid plan. I cannot fault this app (both plans) and the support is available 24/7 which I completely appreciate in an app. The best reviews app around. Thanks for a great app and amazing support!!

Far superior to the old Shopify reviews and better than anything else I've found for the price. I use the free one and wouldn't hesitate to upgrade when we need more functionality. Really impressed with Judge.me so far!
