support team is great, hope you can add CSS to your blocks or html, so they can be customized in experience.

Hakima from the support team helped us automate product groups for reviews based on our product tag, which was a massive help for our shop.
We'd like to also automate the discount codes sent out so they're restricted to certain product collections, like Shopify's native discount codes are, but this doesn't currently seem to be possible. This would be great to have since we'd love to reward reviewers, but some of our products are too price-sensitive to have a discount be applied to them.
So far, the app has been good. It's still early days since launching the website but I am impressed with the Support team. Their prompt responses has been great when needing assistance with something.

Judge.me is an excellent service for a fraction of the price of other comparable apps that pretty much do the same thing. I would highly recommend this app. One new feature I would like to see is improved email options or integration with other email providers. I do really like that customers can write their review in the email they receive which converts a lot more reviews.
There are occasional bugs in the app, but getting help from customer service can be resolved quickly. Overall not bad
This app is easy to use and install, but I'm disappointed that you have to upgrade to the $15/month plan to customize emails. It's super important to be able to communicate with your customers in your own brand's "voice", but I just simply don't need all of the other fancy options in the paid version. Perhaps this app's developer could come up with a middle tier with a lower cost that would allow you to just customize the emails.
